Kaylyn Lehmann: Co-Founder, Simplified Coach, Inc.: Kaylyn coaches hundreds of CEOs, VPs, and high-potential executives, mostly in high tech, biotech, and highly funded start-ups. She is a former VP of HR and specializes in Neuroscience Leadership and Character Strengths, holding an Executive Coaching Certification through Results Coaching. Her authored curriculum has been used extensively in Fortune 500 companies. She was chosen to be the technical editor of the book, "Customer Service for Dummies" and was honored as a "Lean In - Woman of Impact". Known for her focused, supportive, compassionate and direct style, she works hard to make sure her clients achieve success and fulfillment along with tools that last a lifetime.
Teri Dahlbeck: Co-Founder, Simplified Coach, Inc.: Teri is a certified leadership and communication coach supporting mostly C-level/Director-level leaders and teams. She is the former CEO of Cl Labs (an Apple and IBM joint-venture), the Founder/Chairman of GotMarketing (an acquired global software firm), and the SVP of Product, Business Development, and Marketing at Vicinity Corp (mapping technologies, acquired by Microsoft). She began her career at Apple with positions including Software Engineer (C programmer), Corporate Briefing Center Manager, and Systems Integration/Channel Manager. She was awarded Top CEO from Silicon Valley Business Journal TV and was recognized in the Wall Street Journal, San Jose Mercury News, USA Today, ABC News, and CNN. She holds a B.S. in Information Systems, an MBA, and a post-graduate certificate in Neuroscience Leadership. Known for her collaborative and accelerated style, she works relentlessly and compassionately with her clients to achieve their goals simply and quickly. She also works with high-functioning spectrum clients, and clients who have not had success in coaching.
