Caitlin is no stranger to struggle, from growing up with hippie parents in the 1960’s to experiencing tragic losses in life, and she shares her outlook about temporary , and preciousness of life. She also shares her knowledge and experience in working with teens and families before and during COVID, and her views of a post-pandemic world where mental health challenges will continue to surface.
